Terms of service
The agreement between you and Ausetrick Tech Center, the operator of VIBEZ NATION.
Who you are contracting with
VIBEZ NATION is operated by Ausetrick Tech Center ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You confirm you are of legal age, and where you act for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and confirm you have the rights to distribute it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, stream and make it available for download on the platform.
Our intellectual property
Ausetrick Tech Center retains all rights in the VIBEZ NATION platform, including its software, design, documentation, trade marks and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no reverse engineering, resale, redistribution or circumvention of technical limits.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing uploads, no malware, probing, scraping or other interference with security, and no harassment, impersonation or manipulation of play and download counts.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Service levels and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Liability
We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms or our community guidelines.
On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your uploads within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, and the courts of Liberia have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Changes
We will note material changes to these terms on this page.
