If you are not satisfied with a paid plan or a paid download, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No explanation is required for change-of-mind requests inside this window.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, enter the email address used at checkout and follow the prompts, or email support@vibeznation.app and we will raise the request with Paddle for you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle usually issues the refund within 3 business days, and your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your account or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are refundable within 30 days of that charge under this policy.
